In January 2001 Titan launched its first rapid response onsite home computer support service. The aim was to provide fast and effective solutions to home computer users and we are now the leading computer support company in the westcountry. At the end of 2005 the company changed from being centrally owned to operating as a network of franchises. Titan or 'The IT Angels' aims to rapidly expand this network of franchises across the UK.

The mission of The IT Angels is to be known as the emergency service for home computer users. We pride ourselves with our 'can-do' approach and are customer rather than problem focussed. Our aim is to find the most efficient and cost-effective means by which to solve the problems we are faced with and are constantly investing in finding new and innovative ways to overcome common problems.
